MSDI Consulting Group LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the Click4jobs by MSDI mobile application (“the App”).
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Email address
- Full name
- Password (we do not store this directly — see below)
- User type (Job Seeker or Employer)
- Company name (employers only)

- Account creation date
- User ID (from Firebase Authentication)
Information we do NOT collect
- Phone numbers
- Location data (GPS, IP)
- Photos, videos, or audio recordings
- Contact lists
- Calendar or messages
- Health data
- Financial or payment information
2. How we use your information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide registration, login, and account security
- Display job listings to you
- Submit job applications on your behalf
- Connect job seekers with employers
- Improve the App and fix bugs
3. How we share your information
We share your information with third parties only in the following cases:
- Service providers: Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, Cloud Functions) for data storage and authentication. This data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
- Employers: when you choose to apply to a job posting, your name and email become visible to that employer.
- Legal obligations: we may share data with authorities when required by Mongolian law.
We will NEVER sell your personal information.
4. Data security
- All data is encrypted at rest on Firebase servers
- Passwords are never stored directly — they are hashed via Firebase Auth
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS
- Only authorized personnel have access
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. After you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal information within 30 days. Some metadata (e.g., system logs) may be retained longer where required by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- View your data in the Profile section
- Correct or update your information
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data — visit our Delete Account page or email info@msdi.mn
7. Children’s privacy
Click4jobs by MSDI is not intended for users under 16 years of age. If we discover that a user under 16 has registered, we will delete their information. Parents or guardians who become aware of such an account should contact info@msdi.mn.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Significant changes will be notified within the App and posted on this page. We recommend reviewing this policy whenever the “Last updated” date changes.
