Delete account

To delete your Click4jobs by MSDI account, follow the steps below. This action cannot be undone.

What happens?

When your account is deleted, the following data will be erased or retained:

Will be deleted

  • • Email address
  • • Full name and profile
  • • Company name
  • • User type
  • • Submitted job applications
  • • Firebase Auth record

Will be retained

  • • System logs (1 year, required by law)
  • • Anonymized analytics (no identifiers)

How to delete

    Open the Profile section in the app (or use the form below if you cannot log in).

    Fill out the form below. It will email info@msdi.mn on your behalf.

  3. 3

    We will receive your email and confirm receipt within 7 days.

  4. 4

    Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Submit request

Enter the email registered with your account. The request will be emailed directly to info@msdi.mn.

Clicking submit opens your email client with a pre-filled message to info@msdi.mn.

Response timeline

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 days. Your account and all related personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. System logs retained for legal obligations will be automatically erased after 1 year.
